We always offer practical information, signposting and community‑created guides. Everything here is designed to support autistic and other Neurodiverse people, their families and the professionals who work alongside them. We have lots of resources to offer, and these are some recommendations.

SENDIASS stands for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Information Advice and Support Service. It’s a free, impartial, and confidential service offering information to young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and their parents and carers. There is a SENDIAS Service in every local authority in England.

The health and care passport is designed to be a quick and easy way to give health and social care professionals more information about you to help them provide the proper care and treatment. It should help them understand what reasonable adjustments they should make for you and how to communicate effectively, so your voice is always heard.

Health Adjustment Passport used if you have a disability or health condition that makes working or staying in a job harder. This helps you apply for Access to Work, and with reasonable adjustments. This could include funding for specialist equipment to support you in doing your job, support getting to and from work, job coaching or help talking to employers.
