 2  Acceptance of These Terms  
By accessing autismcommunity.co.uk or autismsomerset.org.uk (“Site”) or by purchasing any product or service, you (“you”, “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

 3  Changes to Terms  
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Site after that date constitutes acceptance.

4  Regulatory Framework (UK)  
These Terms are drafted with reference to:  
* Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013  
* Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002  
* Consumer Rights Act 2015

5  Using the Site  
* Users must be 18  years or older, or have parental consent, to create an account or make a purchase.  
* You agree not to misuse the Site (e.g., transmit malware, harass others, harvest data).  
* We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

6  Intellectual Property  
All content on the Site, including logos, text, course materials and videos, is copyright ©â€¯2011‑present Autism Community Network CIC unless credited otherwise. You may use content for personal, non‑commercial purposes only. Reuse requires our prior written consent.

7  Booking, Payment & Confirmation  
* Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.  
* Payment is processed at checkout via Stripe or PayPal. A contract is formed when we email your confirmation.  
* Automated receipts satisfy UK e‑commerce acknowledgement requirements.

8  Cancellations & Refunds

¹Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.  
Late cancellations (inside 48 hours of a live event) may incur a 50 % fee.

9  Event Attendance & Conduct  
* Venues are step‑free with accessible toilets; further adjustments available on request.  
* We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove participants whose behaviour endangers others or breaches safeguarding guidelines.  
* Under‑16s must be accompanied by an adult.

10  Clinical Disclaimer  
All information provided is educational and **not** medical advice. Always seek a qualified clinician for diagnosis or treatment. Supervision services do not create a patient‑clinician relationship with the organisation.

 11  User‑Generated Content  
By submitting content (comments, files, etc.) you:  
* Warrant that you own the content and it does not infringe third‑party rights.  
* Grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free licence to host, display and adapt it.  
* Acknowledge that we may moderate or remove content at our discretion.

 12  Third‑Party Links  
The Site may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

13  Limitation of Liability  
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under English law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability in connection with any service is limited to the amount you paid for it.

14  Force Majeure  
We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, internet outages).

 15  Governing Law & Jurisdiction  
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
