Clerks

I have watched one of Kevin Smith's first movies the 'Clerks'. It is written about a 22 year old young man called Dante Hicks , who works at convenience store; he is called into work on his day off by his boss. It starts off with a comic scene were the aduience are introducted to a possible hang over Dante, who falls out off his cuppboard into a pile of dirty clothes. The scene is well thought out and funny but it's not origanal! As the film goes on there are new charatars that appear on screen, some are more developed than others. Overall, the idea was good but the story it's self need alot of improvement and you get lost in on going rambling that doesn't need to be there. It started well but lost it's way in the middle, however it got better near the end but it happened to quick. I feel that some of the dialog was not realistic and there where some steriotypes.
